This may sound like a very disturbing title. It is. The sad fact is they actually think they are doing a good job. The School? Chaminade-Julienne in Dayton Ohio. Unfortunately, it's my Alma Mater. I told you about them last year in a previous post here and here along with the University of Dayton.
Well, they have gotten even worse and are more disposed to Satanic influences than I could have thought possible. The President of the school actually wrote to me that they didn't have anything to do with Planned Parenthood or any of the groups that advocated abortion or contraception...that they were all faithful to Catholic teachings at C-J High School. I guess since he wrote that letter to me in '10, they have changed their attitude toward Abortion and Contraception, or he just plain lied, because since they have implemented the "City Connects" program from the infamous Boston College they now work FOR abortion advocating groups.
You remember Boston College? The ones who gave an award to an Abortion loving Priest here and whose Law school sponsored a Planned Parenthood ad for free Abortions on their website. (link here)
The following is a word for word transcription from their recent publication sent to all Alums. When the statement is finished, I'll show you why they have gone over to The Dark Side with the links and statements to prove how far they have strayed from the "Authentic Catholic Teaching" they claim to do.
"City Connects completed its pilot high school program at CJ. The initiative seeks to provide the best high school experience possible for students by addressing strength and needs of each student. Highlights this year included partnering with the YWCA of Dayton to provide the Girls, INC program; implementing the Eagle's Learning Center staffed by students from the University of Dayton: providing leadership opportunities, including attendance at the Greater Dayton Conference on Youth: developing an individual student support plan for each freshman."
First of all, the fact that Chaminade-Julienne subscribes to the City Connect program is questionable at best. Here they actually aid two groups that have as their core the advocacy for Abortion. First, the YWCA. They state in their mission statement that they are in favor of women's reproductive rights. The following is a quote from their website:
For almost four decades the YWCA has been an advocate for reproductive rights and freedoms. In 1989, the YWCA was at the forefront of pro-choice demonstrations in Washington. In 1990, when attacks were made on many corporations by the Christian Action Council because of their support of Planned Parenthood, the YWCA wrote supportive letters to the corporations. In 1991, when defense appropriations tried to limit abortions for women in the military, YWCAs wrote letters of protest. In the 1980's and 1990's when administrations sought to limit international aid funding to countries which provide abortion services, the YWCA wrote and called congressional representatives asking removal of this provision from the funding bills.

So, here is the first group Chaminade-Julienne not only endorses, but helps Then we have Girls INC.
If ever there was a group that undermines the moral standards of the Female Youth of today, this group would be at the forefront. The following is a statement from their organization as to Abortion and Contraception:
“To make responsible decisions about sexuality, pregnancy, and parenthood, girls need and have a right to sensitive, comprehensive sexuality education; convenient, affordable access to safe, effective methods of contraception and protection from disease; medical privacy; and referral to information, counseling, clinical, and other services that support their responsible decisions.” “We recognize the right of all women to choose whether, when, and under what circumstances to bear children. Reproductive freedom and responsibility are essential to other rights and opportunities, including pursuit of education, employment, financial security, and a stable and fulfilling family life. Restrictions of reproductive choice are especially burdensome for young women and poor women. Girls Incorporated supports freedom of choice, a right recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973 in Roe v. Wade and by the Supreme Court of Canada in 1988 in R v. Morgentaler.” http://www.girlsinc.org/downloads/adovcacy_statement.pdf

These are two of the groups that the very "Catholic" high school gives aid and comfort. If this is the "Catholic Education that is coming from our Secondary education system, it's no wonder schools like The University of Dayton are as bad as they are. Here again a lot of the teachers and instructors at CJ are graduates of UD...I guess that's no surprise now is it? And this is considered a "good" Catholic high school.
God help us!
